    • Vinification: Manual harvest with grape selection. Red wine vinification with soft pressure and long maceration at a controlled temperature of 25°C, complete malolactic fermentation.


    • Alcohol: 13.0% vol.


    • Residual Sugar: 7 g/L.


    • Serving Temperature: 16-18°C.


    • Pairings: Perfect with white and red meats, cured meats, and aged cheeses

This extraordinary wine, originating from an ancient autochthonous Italian grape variety in Northeast Italy, is produced in the I.G.T. area of the Tre Venezie. It is a full-bodied spiced wine with grassy hints of violet and red berry aroma. Easy to understand yet powerful with velvety tannins. It pairs well with both white and red meats, cured meats, and aged cheeses. With an alcohol content of 13%, it makes for an excellent red table wine. The natural tannins are a result of the ancient art of crafting wines meant for everyday enjoyment, always in moderation.
