CASA POLES® TRILOGY is a choice of excellent wines produced by the winery of Luca's long time friend, Paolo Tomasella. “il Vero®” introduces three exceptional wines all with rich and deep rooted stories originating from the “Tre Venezie” area: an exquisite Pinot Grigio, a timeless Pinot Noir, and a sparkling Prosecco from the Treviso hills.

These grapes grow exclusively in the lands of CASA POLES® and Tenute Tomasella under the expert hands of world renowned oenologists. The cultivation, according to old traditions, preserves the quality and follows the principles of rural farming like the organic ones. In the following pages you will find the main characteristics and food combinations.

“il Vero®” Pinot Grigio is a delicate and elegant wine that evokes the green hills of the Triveneto region. Its subtle and bright color foreshadows the freshness and lightness that characterize it. On the nose, it presents a refined and complex bouquet with floral, fruity, and mineral notes. This grape variety, originating from the Rhineland in 1711 and later known as Auvergnat Gris in France before finally becoming Pinot Grigio in Italy, is now cherished worldwide.

“il Vero®” Prosecco is a sparkling wine steeped in tradition, with roots tracing back to a village in the Triestino Karst and even to Roman times, thanks to Empress Livia, wife of Augustus. This exceptional grape variety, originating from northeastern Italy, reaches its pinnacle in the DOC area of Treviso. Refreshing and quenching, it presents notes of ripe and exotic fruit. With its moderate alcohol content of 11.0% and low residual sugar, it is a light and easily enjoyable wine for any occasion.

“il Vero®” Pinot Noir is a noble wine that made its appearance in the Po Valley during Napoleon's Italian Campaign in the late 18th century. This intricate grape variety yields a wine with pronounced acidity and hints of wild berries and strawberry. Employed in the production of the finest Champagnes, Pinot Noir vinified as a white wine enhances the longevity of these wines. Its name, evoking the shape of a pine cone, encapsulates the affection humanity holds for this extraordinary grape.
