BRUT

Champenoise Method

      • Grape Variety: Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay.


      • Vinification:  Traditional method with secondary refermentation in bottle and soft pressing of the whole grape.


      • Alcohol: 12.5% vol.


      • Residual Sugar: 12 g/L.


      • Serving Temperature: 6-8°C.


      • Pairings: Excellent as aperitif, great paired with fish and seafood, delicate cold cuts and fresh cheese.

This refined Brut is born from a noble combination of Pinot Nero, Chardonnay, and Pinot Bianco grapes, carefully selected and gently pressed to preserve their finest qualities. The result is an elegant, bright straw-yellow cuvée characterized by a subtle, velvety perlage and a very long finish. Its bouquet gracefully recalls the freshness of peach and apricot, complemented by alluring notes of dry pastries, caramel, and delicate bread crust.


Harmonious and vivacious in the glass, Cuvée 38 is a splendid aperitif choice, revealing its true depth when paired with fish, seafood, delicate cold cuts, and fresh cheeses. Thanks to its traditional bottle fermentation and precise ageing period, this sparkling wine achieves exceptional structure and balance.
